Guideline – Overview of Talent Profile (Candidate, Employee)

Introduction

  • Profile: refers to a Talent Profile, which could be the profile of Candidates or Employees that the user/account saves in Tram Tuyen. Tram Tuyen allow users to keep records of basic information including: contact information, resume (attached), education, skills and work experience, certificates, career aspirations,…
  • Candidate Profile: is the Talent Profile for candidates, including basic information and candidate’s recruitment history.
  • Employee Profile: is the Talent Profile for employees, including basic information, recruitment history, job assignment and work history at companies, organizations.
  • Uses of Profile: After a profile was created, it can be used to:
    • Employee Profile:
      • Manage employee’s resume, resource allocation
      • Assign to participate in internal recruitment requests
      • Submit proposals for recruitment and staffing requests to optimize idle resources (engage in the provision of Staffing service)
    • Candidate Profile:
      • Manage candidate relationship
      • Manage job applications for internal and external recruitment requests (engage in the provision of Candidate Recommendation, Placement)
      • Share profile on Jobs Board, or with specific partners (recruitment specialists, employment agency) in order to optimize job opportunities for candidates
