Guideline – Create a Recruitment and Staffing Request

Introduction

  • Recruitment request: a request to recruit or hire new staff in order to fill an open position
  • The process of creating a recruitment and staffing request includes:
    • Create request and job description:
      • Can be created manually, or base on your existing job description template or Tram Tuyen’s template
      • Fill basic information including Position, Job Description, Type of work, Location, Salary, Benefits, Duration…
    • Identify your searching and screening criteria
      • Identify searching and screening criteria to reach suitable candidates, including Profession, Positions, Skills
      • User can manually enter the criteria, or use searching and screening criteria template for different positions in the template library of their account or Tram Tuyen
    • Run recruitment programs: After a recruitment request is created, user can start searching and screening candidates through recruitment activities and programs such as:
      • Internal recruit, Employee Referral, Post – Apply, Candidate Referral, Placement, Staffing, RPO.
      • Details about forms/programs of recruitment: Forms/Programs of recruitment

Guideline

  • Create a Recruitment request
    • To create a Recruitment request, go to Dashboard and select Create job
    • Choose the way of creating request: Can be created manually, or copy from your existing job description template in the template library of the account or Tram Tuyen
      • You can create a Recruitment request with you as the Recruiter
      • You can also create a Recruitment request with other user as the Recruiter, and you and your customers are suppliers

    • Fill basic information: Positions, Job Description, Type of work, Location, Salary and Benefits, Duration…
    • Identify searching and screening criteria

Identifying searching and screening criteria helps user quickly reach suitable candidates for the open positions, improve recruitment process efficiency. Searching and screening criteria includes:

      • Areas of expertise
      • Positions
      • Types of work, group of related skills
      • Skills
  • Run Recruitment programs for a Recruitment request
